My name is Naama Livnat, and I am a therapist for eating behaviors and body image according to the method of Eating Dialogue by Ayelet Kalter. One of the primary principles in the eating dialog method is to teach people to enjoy food, take pleasure in it, and to love through it. I teach people how to use food as a way to express feelings of love and intimacy, and how to make eating into a positive experience. Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, in addition to treating people on an individual basis, I developed a tour of the Machane Yehudah market in Jerusalem, which focuses on taking pleasure in food, and how to upgrade a family meal into a warm and comforting experience.

However, with the outbreak of the pandemic, I could no longer arrange the tours, so I decided to try to bring the atmosphere of the market, with all its delicacies and good vibes, into people's homes.

I combined my love for my profession, for food, and for the Machane Yehuda market, and arranged a basket of boutique goodies, through which you can send your love, affection, and longing. The basket includes unique products, chosen with care, that are sure to upgrade any meal or afternoon coffee break.

In these times of social distancing, nothing is as effective as a beloved food to warm the heart.
